Actual Correspondence between attorney and Jackson County

On December 2nd, attorney Robert Babcock sent the following letter to Jackson County counsel Steven Rinkle. The letter requests permission for a photographer to take pictures of Nadas, since the county has not permitted anyone to check on Nadas' condition. The letter also asks for details of correspondence with the press, since the county has been releasing misleading, untrue and possibly slanderous statements about Sean Roach and his dog.
